Our Maison de Cuisine offers, in its set menu, a generous, gourmet cuisine made from carefully selected local produce, cooked with flavour, intensity and passion.
An instinctive cuisine that evolves in line with the offerings of our bountiful terroir throughout the seasons.
Our set menu is priced at €180 per person.
Our opening hours:
Thursday for dinner
From Friday to Sunday for lunch and dinner
All our guests are expected at the same time, at 12:30pm for lunch and 7:30pm for dinner.

Maison de Cuisine, Auberge de Montmin
The Auberge de Montmin is located in Talloires-Montmin above Lake Annecy in the heart of the mountain pastures.
Near the Forclaz Pass, which stands proudly at 1,147 metres’ altitude, the Maison de Cuisine is tucked away at the end of a mountain road, that wends its way between pasture and forest.
In the heart of nature and far from the hustle and bustle of daily life, yet only 23km from Annecy.
